IGIS participates in various ESG-related activities, and ESG actions and performances undertaken in 2020 by IGIS are outlined in our ESG page.

  • IGIS Asset Management participated in the 2020 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) on our Autoway Tower, located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Autoway Tower was ranked with the global top 20%, and earned "Green 5 Star" status for three consecutive years.
  • Autoway Tower implemented Soft-BEMS, which allows real-time energy consumption monitoring and identification of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMS). BEMS allows monitoring of Electricity Consumption, Gas Consumption, CO2 emissions, air temperature, humidity, water consumption and etc. In addition, Autoway Tower participated in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) which is one of the most popular green building certification programs developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and acquired Gold status.
  • As one of IGIS’s continuous efforts to improve ESG performance, IGIS has been monitoring the environmental performance of the Autoway Tower. Based on the environmental data collected, IGIS is proud to state that all of the environmental performance indicators indicated positive impact and progress toward sustainable future. The key environmental performance indicators include GHG emission, electricity usage, water usage levels of Autoway Tower. (The performance outcomes can be found in the table below)
